Registration
We are a member church of
GCFD and required to keep records. When a person comes for the first
time, our hospitality team asks them to complete a registration
form. We ask for their name, address, phone, and birthdate and how
many are in their family. We do ask for identification, such as
a drivers license.
There are no requirements to receiving food. Once they have registered
for the first time they are put into our database. Each time they
come all they do is present their identification. We double check
each time to make sure that their address or number of family members
is the same or if there is a change.
Sometimes the number of people changes, such as when a grandparent
includes children and grandchildren.
The
information we collect is kept private and we don't share it with
anyone. It is not sold. |
